Pilates is a disciplined physical system which was created by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century.
Through a series of precise, controlled movements, it target all the muscle groups in the body whilst working on posture, control, strength, flexibility and alignment.
There are many different forms of Pilates, however, Romana’s Pilates Method ( Classical Pilates ) is considered the most purest form and the lineage can be traced back to Joseph Pilates.
We teach pilates the traditional method that Joseph developed that is now called Romana’s Pilates Method.
Romana’s teachers are required to go through a rigorous training program with a minimum of 600 hours of training/internship.
