Dawne has been teaching for many years. Her journey into Pilates started about 20 years ago as an extra activity to do as well as her gym workouts. As a passionate student of Pilates , she loved the way the work made her feel and she transitioned from doing daily gym workouts to Pilates 3 times a week. Her love and passion of Pilates sparked a desire to teach and to make other people feel strong and good about themselves. She had the privilege of being taught by the best teachers of Classical Pilates.
Dawne is a dedicated and passionate teacher who enjoys seeing her clients achieve their goals, get fitter and stronger no matter what age or fitness level you are, and to see clients walk out of the studio with a smile on their faces .
